SUMMARY:Fahrradfest an der historischen Hochgarage
DESCRIPTION:English below! \n\n2025 steht unser “Fahrradfest an der Hochgarage” unter dem Motto „140 Jahre Diamant“. \nSeit 1885 gibt es die Diamantwerke in Chemnitz – sie sind damit der älteste Hersteller in Deutschland. Dieses Jubiläum wollen wir zu unserem Fahrradfest feiern. So wird es eine Ausstellung zur Geschichte der Diamant-Fahrräder geben. \nAm Herzen liegen uns aber vor allem auch die Erinnerungen\, die mit den Diamant-Rädern verbunden sind. Daher rufen wir dazu auf\, dass Chemnitzer aber auch Nicht-Chemnitzer an diesem Tag mit ihrem Diamant-Rad\, einem (historischen) Foto oder einer anderen Diamant-Erinnerung bzw. -Storys zu uns kommen. Vor Ort wird es eine Fotowand geben und die einzigartigen Geschichten werden schriftlich festgehalten. \n\nNatürlich wird es zum Fahrradfest auch wieder kulinarische Verpflegung geben.\n11 Uhr findet der Vortrag „Fahrräder in Sachsen. Ein Exkurs“ von Autor Florian Freund statt.\nDie Ausfahrt wird dieses Jahr um 14 Uhr zum Garagenfestival der #3000Garagen führen.\n16 Uhr treffen sich die ehemaligen Diamant-Mitarbeiter zu einem Kaffeetrinken.\nWer noch ein Fahrrad oder -teile übrig hat\, kann dies vor Ort beim Fahrradflohmarkt anbieten. (Bitte über post@fahrzeugmuseum-chemnitz.de vorher anmelden.)\nAm Stand des ADFC kann jeder zwischen 10 und 12 Uhr sein Fahrrad codieren lassen. (Bitte mitbringen: das Rad\, Personalausweis\, Eigentumsbeleg. Wenn der Eigentumsbeleg nicht vorhanden ist\, kann vor Ort eine Eigentumserklärung unterschrieben werden. Hinweis: Die Codierung ist kostenpflichtig.)\nDer Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband erklärt anschaulich\, wie sich Blinde und Sehbehinderte im Straßenverkehr bewegen.\n\nEinen Rückblick auf frühere Fahrradfeste gibt es hier: \n\nTextima-Fahrradfest 2023\nFeucht-fröhliches Fahrradfest 2022\nFahrradfest mit den Kunstsammlungen 2021\n\nEintritt: 5 € Erwachsene\, kostenfrei für: Kinder (bis zum vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr) alle\, die nur zur Fahrradcodierung wollen\, für alle ehemaligen Diamant-Mitarbeiter und diejenigen\, die mit ihrer „Diamant-Erinnerung“ vorbeikommen \n\n  \nIn 2025 our „Bicycle Festival at the Multi-story car park“ will be themed „140 Years of Diamant“. \nThe company  Diamant in Chemnitz exists since 1885\, making them the oldest manufacturer in Germany. We want to celebrate this anniversary at our bicycle festival. There will be an exhibition on the history of Diamant bicycles. \nBut above all\, the memories associated with Diamant bicycles are important to us. Therefore\, we encourage Chemnitz residents and non-Chemnitz residents to come and visit us with their Diamant bicycle\, a (historical) photo or other Diamant memories or stories. There will be a photo wall on site and the unique stories will be documented. \n\nOf course\, there will also be culinary refreshments at the bicycle festival.\nAt 11 a.m. there will be a lecture by author Florian Freund titled „Bicycles in Saxony. An Excursion“.\nThis year our bicycle ride will go to the #3000Garagen garage festival at 2 p.m..\nAt 4 p.m. the former Diamant employees will meet for a coffee.\nAnyone who has a spare bicycle or spare parts can offer them at the flea market. (Please register in advance via post@fahrzeugmuseum-chemnitz.de)\nAnyone can have their bike coded at the ADFC booth between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. (Please bring: the bike\, ID\, and proof of ownership. If you don’t have proof of ownership\, you can sign a declaration of ownership on-site.
